Dear Peter:

              

I’m just dropping you a line to let you and John know how much I have enjoyed my trips with you. I have never been on any bus tours before and vowed I would never go on one.When Jean called me and asked, I just decided to try and see what it was all about. However, I was really expecting not to like it very much,what a pleasant surprise I was in store for. I would just like you to know however, that I honestly think that both you and our bus driver John made all the difference in the world.Both of you are very caring for your clients, you both have a great sense of humor, which in my opinion is so important when dealing with the public.I have also worked with the public since I was 14 so I understand how trying it can be at times, and how you both keep your cool is beyond me.  However, so much as some people would say of course this is your job I feel it takes special people to do what you do.I came away feeling I had made two new friends in my life, and to me this can be very important. I hope to be able to travel with you again in the New Year and look forward to receiving your new travel book. I have never felt so comfortable with someone else driving in my life and that from me is really a compliment believe me. 

Take care of yourselves, I hope to see you both again.

Dear Peter

                I’m writing to you to let you know that I enjoyed the trip to Biloxi and New Orleans.Thank you for the wonderful holiday.  It was a pleasure to have you on our bus as an escort.  You made the trip very interesting and you were attentive to all the bus patrons.Your films, bingo games and jokes got us traveling through the day much shorter and passed the day quickly.

                I also enjoyed New Orleans, as I always wanted to visit that city. It intrigued me as I have seen it on television and travel brochures.  My curiosity was always there to visit the French Quarter and the graveyards and what a fascinating design and planning, it would be great if we had it in the Toronto cemeteries. It would eliminate a lot of space. Many thanks again for the planning of the two days we had in New Orleans. I would love to travel on another trip with you. The bus driver, Sue was refreshing bubbly and a personality plus Sue made trip enjoyable.  Sue’s driving was great as she was very observant and checked maps, roads, hotel area and the restaurant areas. It was a great comfort, as I felt safe at all times.  I would love to travel with her again. Again many thanks to you personally

Dear owners of Travel Goodtime Tours:

               
You picked the ideal name for your company, as we had a wonderful time on your tour to Biloxi, Mississippi & New Orleans August 19-25th.  Peter, Jean and John made us feel very welcome. Especially me as I am a lady who walks with a cane.  Every time I had to leave the bus or get back on, they were there with a helping hand and lovely smile. 
You can say your tours are helping and smiling to each person who made the trip to the south. The snacks were a welcome treat and the bingo, plus the great movies that passed the time. The movies are a fun way to pass the long hours on the bus. Also the comedy tape that was played and we all had a good laugh. Peter was always giving us information about rivers we were crossing and a bit about the countryside.Your choice of the meals was great, clean and fast, so we could get back on the road to our destination.This time of the year was perfect as far as seeing the lovely lush green south. Jean kept us happy checking the rest rooms in advance and helping me get the handicapped stall.  She always had a pleasant smile even though I know she was tired like the rest of us were.  John was an excellent bus driver he also had a lovely smile for all of us and worked so hard to get our luggage out to us as soon as he could.  He drove with such care and worked to keep us all happy driving the long miles we had to Biloxi. All I can say your company is fun and I’m planning a tour soon again.  Just tell everyone it is fun, caring and smiling all the time. Just ask us. Thank you so much we had a wonderful time.

 AND AS WE ANTICIPATED IT WOULD BE TIRING TO TRAVEL THAT FAR BUT

We would like to express our satisfaction with the overall program and organization of the above trip.
We participated with Mr. and Mrs. Waicz, who originally recommended your travel agency. The
program was well thought through and flexibly adjusted to the changing weather conditions, so
that we did not loose any of the planned highlights of the tour.
Both our families felt that Peter did an excellent job in ensuring the smooth flow of the trip and in
looking after the interest of the participants in dealing with the restaurants and the hotel.
According to comments we heard, we are sure that others felt the same way.
