TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Reservations for any of our tours or day trips may be made over the telephone.

2. Full payment is required 60 days before departure. For day trips, the full payment is required
within 7 days of booking. If 2 people are traveling, we require full payment from 1 person
within 7 days of booking.

3. Proper identification when entering the U.S.A. If you're not sure call the U.S. Consulate.

4. If a customer is refused entry to the U.S.A there will be absolutely no refund.

5. Each person is allowed one suitcase, which he or she is able to lift and carry.
One carry on bag is also allowed.

6. All tours are quoted in Canadian funds.

7. Prices listed in this brochure are in effect at time of printing. Although every effort is made to
maintain the prices as established, TRAVEL GOODTIME TOURS does reserve the right to
adjust prices on all tours, should it become necessary, due to fluctuations in currencies,
added taxes or other changes, e.g. an increase in fuel prices.

8. TRAVEL GOODTIME TOURS reserves the right to refuse anyone we deem detrimental to our group.

9. Gratuities are not included for any meals, accommodations, tour driver or escort, unless otherwise stated.
PLEASE GIVE GRATUITIES WHEN WARRANTED.

10. TRAVEL GOODTIME TOURS reserves the right to cancel or alter at its discretion should it become necessary.
All deposits and full payment would be refunded within 14 days.


11. It is our intention to operate all tours as described. In the event of unforeseen problems,
we reserve the right to make changes!

12. In the event a tour must be rescheduled, TRAVEL GOODTIME TOURS shall assume no
responsibility beyond the refund of all fares paid.

13. The customer agrees to indemnify and save TRAVEL GOODTIME TOURS harm from
and against any claims, prosecutions or lawsuits in case of accident causing injuries or death.

14. Delays due to unusual or difficult road or weather conditions are not the responsibility
of TRAVEL GOODTIME TOURS.

15. Passengers shall not disturb the driver or in any way tamper with equipment in the operation of the coach.

16. Arrival time: The time of arrival at starting point, stopover point, destination, or to point
of origin cannot be guaranteed. Unusual road, traffic and weather conditions are beyond our control.

17. Absolutely NO SMOKING on the motorcoaches.

18. You may bring food or nonalcoholic beverages on the coach, but please nothing with a strong odor.
(No tuna, salmon, smelly cheese etc)

19. We normally use 52 - 56 seat deluxe highway motorcoaches (bathroom, reclining seats, VCR, A/C. etc)
If sales for a certain tour are slow and we have insufficient customers, we may use a
smaller coach. (47 seats or 25 passenger executive coach)
